At CoPet Pet Care LLP, we’re committed to ensuring that your favourite pet care and hygiene products reach you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.
This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping process, timelines, charges, and delivery terms for all orders placed on CoPetWorld.com.

🐾 Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday).

  • Orders received after 5 PM or on Sundays/public holidays are processed the next working day.

  • Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

Note: Order processing time may vary during high-demand periods, product launches, or festival seasons.

📦 Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:

    • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

    • Other Locations: 4–8 business days

    • Remote/Outlying Areas: 7–10 business days

  • We partner with trusted courier companies such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping charge of ₹69–₹99 (depending on region) will be applied at checkout.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) may be available for select pin codes with an additional fee of ₹50.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link.
You can also track your shipment anytime under the “My Orders” section of your CoPetWorld.com account.

If your order status hasn’t updated in more than 72 hours, please contact us at support@copetworld.com with your order number.

🐕 Packaging & Safety

All CoPet products are packed with utmost care and hygiene:

  • Tamper-proof and moisture-resistant packaging

  • Double-checked sealing for liquid products

  • Eco-friendly recyclable material used wherever possible

If you notice any leakage or damage on arrival, please take photos/videos before opening the package and contact our support team within 24 hours.

⚠️ Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays can occur due to:

  • Unforeseen logistics or weather conditions

  • Incorrect/incomplete delivery addresses

  • Courier operational issues

In such cases, we’ll proactively notify you and work with our courier partners to resolve it quickly.

🏠 Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are entered correctly at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unreachable number, or refusal to accept, we can:

  • Re-ship it (after charging the re-shipping cost), or

  • Process a refund after deducting shipping and handling charges.

Currently, CoPetWorld.com ships only within India.
For export or bulk orders outside India, please email export@copetworld.com — our team will assist you through our trade partners and distributors.
